Shipping policy

Thank you placing your order with glitter pad  where we hope you liked our range of gifts and home decor.

We aim to dispatch same day  (Mon-Fri) on orders placed before 14.00   and delivery normally  takes between 2 - 3  working days  . We offer free  delivery on orders over £50  

 

We hope your products arrive in the condition that we sent them in but unfortunately  accidents do happen so all we ask is that  you  refuse delivery and mark the item as damaged and contact us for a replacement . If any items are damaged upon opening please email us within  48 hrs and please attach a photo  of the damage so we can sort it with the delivery company.
